 GTSHeat Spreader is a thermal conductive sheet with high thermal conductivity andhigh flexibility. GTS Heat Spreader Advanced Composite Materials thermalinterface pad is made from carbon fiber, carbon nano-powder and Heat Spreadersynthesized by a special process with complex structure of nano-compositematerials.  It is ideal for providing thermalmanagement/heat-sinking in limited spaces or to provide supplementalheat-sinking in addition to conventional means. GTS Heat Spreader is flexibleand can be cut into customizable shapes, GTS Heat Spreader RoHS compliant
